Here are the steps to check network settings:

Scroll down and select settings on Roku Home Screen Under Settings section, click Network option to make sure your Roku Streaming device is connected or not. If the system is well connected, click on "check connection" option to verify connection to the network.

If your link to the network works well then you need to look at your Wi-Fi router to make sure it is linked. In case of network issues it often depends on the form of Roku Streaming devices. Wireless networking creates more problems when compared with wired network access. Roku officially offers Roku Error Codes troubleshooting that lets you fix wireless networking problems.

If automatic updates are ON as Roku devices review updates every 24-36 hrs. You can also manually check Netflix App updates:

Under Set menu scroll down and select "System" option
After that, click "Software Update"
And finally click the "Check Now" option to check Roku system updates and Netflix App updates.
